Kingsgrave Releasing in 2024

Publisher Alawar and developer Egg or Chicken Games announced that adventure title Kingsgrave will release in spring 2024. The game blends Metroidvania exploration, top-down action combat, and settlement-building elements. It is planned to release for PC and is available to wishlist on Steam now.

Kingsgrave sees players controlling a long-dead king who is awakened to revive their former kingdom after it is ravaged by disease. Players unlock new abilities by collecting resources, building homes, and defeating foes. As they traverse different biomes such as woods, deserts, and volcanoes, they will need to take on creatures distorted by the plague.
