Mobile RPG Brown Dust II Launching in June

Publisher Neowiz held a global showcase for GAMFS N’s upcoming mobile RPG Brown Dust II. The 25-minute presentation, viewable in full below in Korean audio with English subtitles, revealed a June 2023 release window and the start of pre-registrations for the game, as well as a final beta test. The beta rest will run from June 8-12, 2023, with sign-ups available from May 17-31, 2023. Those who are accepted into the final beta test will be notified on June 2, 2023. The companies also announced a post-launch “console mode” designed to be played on larger screens.

Brown Dust II is a follow-up to the previous mobile title Brave Nine. The game has turn-based combat with strategic character placements, with its visuals inspired by classic Famicom through PlayStation era titles. It follows an assortment of characters on a small fantasy continent and features a “pack” system that offers a variety of different spin-off stories across different worlds.
