Bushiroad Games Reveals Rear Sekai, Mushoku Tensei RPGs

Japanese entertainment company Bushiroad announced the establishment of its new Bushiroad Games publishing label with the reveal of multiple games in development. The announcements include two RPGs, the first of which is Rear Sekai. Rear Sekai is an action RPG being developed by Hakama, which recently developed Rune Factory 5, and will feature a main theme composed by Motoi Sakuraba. The game will launch for Nintendo Switch in Japan in 2023, but no other details have been revealed.

The second RPG is Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Quest of Memories. It is being developed by Lancarse, which previously worked on The DioField Chronicle, and is based on the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation light novel series, which has also received manga and anime adaptations. Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Quest of Memories is planned for release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch in Japan, though a release window has not been announced.
