Sword & Fairy: Together Forever Releasing in August

Publisher Eastasiasoft announced that Softstar Technology’s Sword and Fairy: Together Forever, the console release of Sword and Fairy 7, will release in North America and Europe on August 4, 2022. The game will be available digitally on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, though a physical release is also planned to follow. Meanwhile, a new trailer shows some of the locations players will be able to explore in the game.

Sword and Fairy 7 is the latest in the Chinese mythology-based series that began in 1995 and the first to use an action combat system. The game released for PC in October 2021. Like the PC version, the console release will feature Mandarin voice overs with Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese text support. Previous titles in the series are available on Steam, though only Sword and Fairy 6 includes English support.
