Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes Introduces Its Mysterious Mercenary

Nintendo released a new trailer for the upcoming action RPG spin-off Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. The three-minute video introduces the game’s new protagonist Shez, who can be renamed and comes in male or female form. Shez is a mercenary whose presence causes a change in the normal Fire Emblem: Three Houses timeline and rises to face the Ashen Demon. Players have three stories to go through, depending on which house Shez elects to align themselves with.

Like previous title Fire Emblem Warriors, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is developed by Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force studio and features elements of its Musou titles. The game will release for Nintendo Switch on June 24, 2022.

    This scenario reminds me so much of Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. In another timeline, a heretofore unknown character survives death when they didn’t in the original timeline, altering the story.

    And Shez seems to have a mysterious benefactor…

    And Dagda is an important figure in both SMTIV:A and Fire Emblem: Three Houses…

    Tokyo Mirage Sessions sequel confirmed?!
