Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Trailer Shows PC Features

Square Enix and Eidos Montreal released a new trailer for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy focusing on the game’s specific PC features. The PC version is co-developed by d3t Ltd. and includes support for real-time ray tracing, Nvidia’s DLSS performance boost, diffuse illumination, HDR and wide color gamut, and up to 8K resolution. In addition, the game will be available on Nvidia’s GeForce NOW cloud streaming service, with the streaming version supporting RTX-enhanced graphics.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is an action adventure RPG based on the comic book superhero team created in 2008. Players control Peter Quill/Star-Lord, while other members of the team — Gamora, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, and Drax the Destroyer — are controlled by the AI with players able to issue commands. Players will be able to make decisions that impact the Guardians’ relationships and missions. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is set to launch on October 26, 2021, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, as well as for Nintendo Switch as a cloud-based title.
