Wander Stars Heading to Kickstarter

Underhero developer Paper Castle announced a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign is latest project, Wander Stars. The game is a story-driven turn-based RPG with roguelite elements inspired by classic anime. It is being developed for PC and Nintendo Switch, with the campaign set to begin on October 12, 2021.

Wander Stars follows a young martial artist named Ringo and the scoundrel Wolfe, who join forces to collect the pieces of the Wanderstar Map. Combat sees players using words to create called-out attacks in animated battles. Players explore a randomised map and are able to replay story episodes to find hidden elements, potentially missed events, and additional resources.
