Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Hitting Switch in November

During the most recent Nintendo Direct, Aspyr Media announced it will be releasing Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic on Nintendo Switch. The port of the BioWare-developed title will release on the console on November 11, 2021, and is available to pre-order on the Nintendo eShop now for $14.99.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was originally released for PC and Xbox in 2003, with a Mac version released in 2004 followed by iOS and Android ports in 2013 and 2014. The game, now considered part of the non-canonical Legends timeline, takes place 4,000 years prior to the Galactic Empire. Players control a Jedi Knight aiming to defeat Darth Malak and his Sith armada. Aspyr Media is also working on a complete remake of the game for PC and PlayStation 5.
