Nautilus Epoch Announced

Developer ZAPERART has announced aquatic-themed story-driven RPG Nautilus Epoch. The game is billed as being inspired by classic titles including Chrono Trigger, Terranigma, Ecco the Dolphin, and Abzu, and is development for PC with a demo planned to be released soon.

Nautilus Epoch is set on a small island in the Adriatic Sea and follows girl named Lily. She finds a special sea shell and is transported to a future world where the seas has disappeared and the land is roamed by creatures who have surfaced from the depths. Lily is tasked with restoring the seas by a mysterious being, with her journey taking her across multiple time periods and seeing her interact will a variety of aquatic creatures. The game will use a turn-based combat system based on bioluminescence.
