Blue Reflection: Second Light Introduces Shiho, RefleNavi

Koei Tecmo and Gust provided new details and media for the upcoming Blue Reflection: Second Light. The update introduces an area known as Kokorotope, as well as the characters Shiho Kasuga and RefleNavi.

Kokorotope is a mysterious space that is filled with objects from the real world. It appears suddenly next to the school surrounded by water where the game primarily takes place. In Kokorotope, protagonist Ao Hoshizaki finds a sparkling light that turns out to be a memory fragment that restores some of the memories of her companion Kokoro. Upon recovering those memories, Kokoro mentions a girl named Shiho, who suddenly appears in the world. Kokorotope is also home to a number of obstacles and monsters that players must overcome, including a powerful boss attempting to stop the girls from solving its mysteries.

Shiho Kasuga is a kind and serious student who is good at housework. Like the other characters, she has also lost her memory but seems to be known to Kokoro. Shiho is billed as a key character that links the stories of Blue Reflection: Second Light and mobile title Blue Reflection Sun. With Shiho joining the group, players gain the opportunity to add more facilities and activities to their school HQ. Finally, RefleNavi is a character who suddenly appears in the girls’ smartphone chat group. It gives the girls vital information and offers assistance to them, but its true purpose and intentions are unclear.

Blue Reflection: Second Light will launch in Japan under the title Blue Reflection Tie for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on October 21, 2021. The game is planned to release in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, and for PC worldwide, in 2022.
