Spirit of the Island Announced

META Publishing and solo developer 1M Bits Horde have announced life sim RPG Spirit of the Island. The game is being developed for PC and planned to release in Q4 2021. A Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign is planned to launch sometime soon.

Spirit of the Island takes place on a tropical island that used to be a tourist hotspot before it fell to ruin. Players are tasked with helping to revitalise the island by building new facilities, helping the villagers, looking after farms, attracting tourists, and defending it from pirates.
