Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate Switch, PC Ports Get Extra Content

Spike Chunsoft revealed that the upcoming Nintendo Switch and PC versions of Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate will include some additional features. The ports will add three new bonus dungeons — Bladeless Wasteland, Cloister of Certain Doom, and Garden of Destiny — which can be accessed once the main game is cleared and come with special rules. They will also include a jukebox system, streaming UI options, and global versions of the Wanderer Rescue and rankings systems. PC and Nintendo Switch versions are set to launch worldwide on December 2, 2020.

Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate is the fifth mainline game in the Shiren the Wanderer series, itself a subset of the roguelike Mystery Dungeon series. The game was originally released in Japan for Nintendo DS in 2010 with an enhanced version released for PlayStation Vita in Japan in 2015 that was published in North America and Europe by Aksys Games in 2016.
