Tainted Grail Gets First Trailers

Awaken Realms released the first trailers for Tainted Grail, the upcoming video game based on its board game Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. The videos arrive ahead of a closed alpha demo, which will be made available to those who backed the board game’s 2018 Kickstarter campaign on Friday, December 20, 2019.

Tainted Grail is a reimagining of Arthurian myths, set in the realm of Avalon with King Arthur dead and the magical guardian stones that protect its inhabitants losing their power. The game’s story is written by Polish author Krzysztof Piskorski, with players put in the role of regular townspeople who set out to reach Kamelot as a dark power slowly takes over the land. Tainted Grail will feature many decisions that affect future events, with players developing their home village as well as their party members. The game is being developed for PC and is set to be released via Steam sometime in 2020.
