Character progress in the beta will not carry over to the full game.

Black Desert will be released for PlayStation 4 on August 22, 2019, with three versions containing different amounts of in-game bonuses available to purchase: the $29.99 Standard Edition, the $49.99 Deluxe Edition, and the $99.99 Ultimate Edition. The Deluxe and Ultimate Editions will also grant 48-hour early access. Black Desert was originally released for PC in Korea in 2015, before coming to North America and Europe in March 2016. An Xbox One version was released in March 2019. The game is free-to-play in Korea, Japan, and Russia, while in other regions, the game is buy-to-play.
