Bigben Interactive Acquires Spiders

Bigben Interactive has announced that it has acquired French development studio Spiders. The studio becomes the seventh developer under Bigben’s cluster of development sites, which consists of one studio in Canada and six studios in France.

Spiders is an RPG-focused studio that has previously created titles such as Faery: Legends of Avalon, Of Orcs and Men, Mars: War Logs, and The Technomancer. It is unclear whether the acquisition will affect the studio’s newest title GreedFall, a 17th-century-inspired fantasy title currently set to be published by Focus Home Interactive and released on September 10, 2019, for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
