Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls PC Release Delayed

XSEED Games has announced that today’s planned PC release of Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls has been delayed. The publisher stated that the delay has been caused by an “unforeseen issue involving IP licensing”. No new release date has been announced at this time, with XSEED Games promising that one will be announced when the issue is resolved.

Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls was originally released in Japan for PlayStation 3 in 2009 and the first title to use the Wizardry name since 2001’s Wizardry 8 and Wizardry: Tales of the Forsaken Land. XSEED Games released the PlayStation 3 version in North America and Europe in 2011, with the game receiving an iOS version worldwide in 2011 and a PlayStation Vita version in Japan in 2015.
