Do you fully expect a new main line Pokémon before Christmas, or is this pretty much all but confirmed?
Let’s harken back to the time when Japanese rpgs were often released way later in the West. It still happens a little with like say dq11 and persona 5. Trails fans are still waiting for their games, but times are much better than they were. So many games are simultaneously released.
On that note, could you imagine a persona 6 localization taking as long as persona 5? Certainly possible, but it seems persona just keeps getting more popular and maybe would deem a closer release this time.
Which handheld exclusive game(or one that originated on a handheld) has the best story.
Have you noticed in most entertainment industries, like say music, movie and books, they are more transparent that something is being made. The first trailer isn’t the what confirms it’s existence. But for video games(other than leaks) developers use first trailers as a surprise.
What do you feel factors into this. Fans? Development time? The changing nature of games compared to film?
