Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (February 28, 2019)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital store round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.

New Releases

There’s a quartet of new releases this week as Fimbul, RemiLore, Tom & Earl: Back in the Groove, and World Tree Marché all make their debuts. Meanwhile, the first chapter of Deltarune comes to PS4 and Switch, while Yonder arrives on Xbox One.

Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store continues its Critics’ Choice sale including deals on the Banner Saga trilogy, Bloodborne, Darkest Dungeon, Destiny 2, Diablo III, Divinity: Original Sin II, Exist Archive, Grand Kingdom, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Labyrinth of Refrain, Lords of the Fallen, Mind Zero, Minit, Ni no Kuni II, Nioh, South Park, The Witcher 3, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor, and Ys VIII. There is also another week of the Bandai Namco publisher sale that offers discounts on God Eater Resurrection, God Eater 2: Rage Burst, Little Witch Academia, Sword Art Online, and Tales of Berseria.

Meanwhile, the European store continues its sales from last week. There is a Ubisoft publisher sale, with games on sale including Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Assassin’s Creed Origins, Child of Light, South Park, and Tom Clancy’s The Division. There are also Games Under €20/£16 and Games Under €10/£9: Battle Chasers: Nightwar, Dark Souls III, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth — Hacker’s Memory, Digimon World: Next Order, Disgaea 5, Dragon’s Crown Pro, Fallout 4, .hack//G.U., Knights of Pen & Paper, Pillars of Eternity, Realms of Arkania, Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs, Tales of Berseria, The Witcher 3, Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception, Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth, ArcaniA, Dark Souls II, Numantia, Oceanhorn, Risen 3, Sword Art Online: Lost Song, Sword Art Online: Re: Hollow Fragment, Tales of Zestiria, The Count Lucanor, Undertale, and Yakuza Kiwami.

The Xbox Store’s weekly sales include Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Assassin’s Creed Origins, Child of Light, Darksiders III, Hand of Fate 2, South Park: The Fractured but Whole, The Count Lucanor, and Tom Clancy’s The Division.

The current American Nintendo eShop deals include ASH, Child of Light, Fairune, Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition, Heroes of the Monkey Tavern, The Count Lucanor, Transistor, World of Final Fantasy Maxima, and Xenon Valkyire+. Europe has deals on Switch titles the Atelier Arland trilogy, Heroes of the Monkey Tavern, Phantasy Star, Smoke and Sacrifice, The Count Lucanor, Valkyria Chronicles, and Xenon Valkyrie+.

Steam currently has a Square Enix sale including the Final Fantasy series, Dragon Quest XI, Deus Ex, Chrono Tigger, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, and Lost Sphear. Other titles on sale include System Shock, Disgaea PC, Labyrinth of Refrain, The Count Lucanor, and Ys VIII. Meanwhile, The Humble Store has a Focus Home Interactive sale featuring Lords of the Fallen, The Technomancer, Shiness, Mordheim, Mars: War Logs, Faery: Legends of Avalon, Bound by Flame, The Surge, Vampyr, The Council, and Call of Cthulhu. Other deals include Alpha Protocol, Valkyria Chronicles, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Shining Resonance Refrain, Shenmue I & II, Yakuza 0, and Infinite Adventures.
