The World Ends with You Shows Its Remixed Combat

Square Enix and Nintendo have released a new trailer for The World Ends with You: Final Remix ahead of the game’s launch on Nintendo Switch next week. The video highlights the title’s action combat system, which is controlled by players gesturing with the Joy-Cons in TV or tabletop mode or using the touchscreen on handheld mode, as well as its gear and difficulty options.

Final Remix is an enhanced port of DS title The World Ends with You, which was also later released for iOS and Android. The Final Remix version releases in North America and Europe on October 12, 2018, and includes a new story scenario as well as new tracks and arrangements from composer Takeharu Ishimoto.
