Yakuza Kiwami 2 Demo Released

Sega has released a demo for Yakuza Kiwami 2 on PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe. The release of the demo comes with the opening for digital pre-orders of the game on the PlayStation Store. Those who pre-order will receive a “Dragons” theme and will also be able to purchase a special digital edition that includes the Demonfire Blade weapon, hostess Ono Michiyo, a Sotaro Komaki R clan card, a Jo Amon R clan card, the Comedian Suit outfit, and 1m in-game yen.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 is a remake of Yakuza 2 and is set to be released for PlayStation 4 on August 28, 2018. In addition to the original story, an extra scenario starring Majima Goro is included that continues story threads introduced in Yakuza Zero. A new story trailer was also released for the game, which sees series protagonist Kazuma Kiryu getting dragged back into the Tojo Clan.
