A new update to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription offers additional Sega Genesis titles. The four new titles available include adventure RPGs Landstalker and Crusader of Centy.
Sega announced the titles coming with its Genesis Mini 2 console this October. The North American and European versions include a trio of Shining titles, plus Phantasy Star II and Warsong.
Nintendo is adding a new membership option for its Nintendo Online service. The Expansion Pack adds Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis titles, including some RPGs.
If it had crossed the Pacific, usurping Shining Force II’s status as (probably) the Genesis’ best tactical game was not going to happen, but this game remains a worthy diversion for anyone with an interest in the system’s less-known offerings.
