Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (November 15, 2018)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital store round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.

 

New Releases

  • Chronus Arc (PC)
  • Fallout 76 (PC, PS4, One)
  • Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! / Let’s Go, Eevee! (Switch)
  • Sword Art Online: Lost Song (PC)
  • The Long Journey Home (PS4, One)
  • Underworld Ascendant (PC)

A couple of big releases hit this week, with Fallout 76 out now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, while Pokémon: Let’s Go hits Switch on Friday. Meanwhile, Underworld Ascendant is out now for PC, The Long Journey Home makes its way onto consoles, and Sword Art Online: Lost Song completes the current franchise set on PC.

 

Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store’s sales this week include Children of Zodiarcs, Deus Ex, Die for Valhalla, Dragon Quest Builders, Dragon Quest Heroes, Dragon Quest XI, nearly all Final Fantasy titles, I Am Setsuna, Lost Sphear, NieR: Automata, Romancing SaGa 2, Songbringer, and Star Ocean.

The Double Discounts in Europe continue for another week, whose offerings include Atelier Firis, Citizens of Earth, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Dragon’s Crown, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy IX, Final Fantasy X|X-2, Final Fantasy Type-0, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Lords of the Fallen, Lost Sphear, NieR: Automata, Persona 5, Shadows: Awakening, Shining Resonance, South Park, Star Ocean, The Lost Child, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Yakuza 6, and Yakuza Kiwami 2.

Update — The PlayStation Store has also now started its Black Friday deals in both North America and Europe.

The Xbox Store is fairly quiet on the sales front with AereA and Fernz Gate the only RPGs on sale.

The Nintendo eShop in America has deals for Dragon Fantasy, Letter Quest, and Die for Valhalla. The sole RPG on sale in Europe is Full Metal Furies.

Steam‘s newest sales include Darksiders, Earthlock, Dragon Fantasy, Blackguards, Sunless Sea, and Neverwinter Nights. Meanwhile, GOG.com has some Falcom-heavy sales including Zwei, many Ys titles, Trails in the Sky, Trails of Cold Steel, Tokyo Xanadu, Xanadu Next, Chroma Squad, the Neptunia Re;Birth trilogy, the Agarest series, and Celstian Tales: Old North.
