Pale Coins Receives New Update

Developer Lukas Irzl released a new update for top-down Soulslike action RPG Pale Coins. The Version 1.1.4 update introduces armour transmogrification, letting players customise their appearance, as well as new early and mid-game items, shared blueprint knowledge across all characters, improved tutorials, two switchable controller layouts, minor improvements, and bug fixes.

Pale Coins is set in the fantasy world of Grenmark and tasks players with finding the Champion’s Coin. It is billed as an old-school RPG that doesn’t hold players’ hands and pits them against challenging bosses, each with their unique movesets and abilities. The game features an open-world exploration filled with dungeons to conquer and quests to fulfill. Players can customise their characters with melee, ranged, and magic weapons. Rare loot allow players to perform new movement abilities, summon minions, and more. Pale Coins is currently available on PC via Steam, where a demo is also available.
