New Release Round-Up (May 14, 2026)

Welcome to RPGamer’s new release round-up. In this column, we look to provide our readers with details on the major RPGs released since our last update. Please note we do not currently include Early Access releases where the game is still in development. Pricing is shown in US dollars before application of any discounts, local pricing may vary.

Nitro Gen Omega

Sandbox mecha tactical RPG Nitro Gen Omega takes place in a future where humanity is on the brink of extinction after losing a war against the machines. The player assumes the role of an individual commanding a mercenary crew, which makes a living by accepting contracts from the remaining human outposts. The game lets players recruit pilots, build and tune their mechs, and lead them in tactical battles. It will be playable solo or with other players online and have a permadeath feature, with every character said to be procedurally generated.

Quartet

Turn-based RPG Quartet features four initial stories — including a series of train robberies leading to a government conspiracy and a mysterious deck of cards that gives a young girl a vision of another world — that come together. The game’s combat sees up to eight heroes fighting in the party; four are active at any time, with the others in reserve slots regenerating their Action Points to be ready to be swapped in. Vultures – Scavengers of Death

Vultures – Scavengers of Death is a tactical turn-based survival horror RPG inspired by classic 1990s horror survival games. It takes place in Salento Valley following a biohazard incident. Players send VULTURE operatives Leopoldo and Amber on missions where they take on infested mutants while looking for material to aid in finding a cure for the infection.
