Band of Crusaders Demo Released

Virtual Alchemy and NCSOFT released a demo for sandbox strategy RPG Band of Crusaders. The demo is available now for PC via Steam and GOG.com. Its release comes alongside a new cinematic story trailer for the game, viewable below.

Band of Crusaders puts players in the role of the Grandmaster of a knightly order tasked with defeating the demonic amalgamations that have risen and are consuming the entire realm. The game’s combat is real-time and involves slow-motion mechanics as players make use of character synergies, abilities, and positioning to try and emerge victorious. Between battles, players manage their roster of up to twenty knights, with combat able to result in the permanent death of party members. Players can build up their camp to enhance recruitment, healing, repairs, training, and more.
