Kingdom Come: Deliverance II’s Legacy of the Forge DLC Out Now
Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver have released the latest story expansion for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. The Legacy of the Forge DLC is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. It can be purchased individually for $13.99, or is included in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Gold Edition or Expansion Pass.
The DLC sees protagonist Henry aiming to become a master of Kuttenberg’s blacksmith guild, meeting acquaintances of his late father in the process. In addition to taking on daily quests, earning money, and crafting items, players can customise Henry’s forge and private quarters. The release of the DLC comes alongside the free version 1.4 patch, which adds quality-of-life improvements, an updated photo mode, and an adaptive HUD for all players of the game.
A sequel to 2018’s Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II picks up directly after the events of the first game, continuing the story of blacksmith’s son Henry in early 15th-century Bohemia. It includes two new open-world maps, double the size of the previous game, and takes players to historic locations such as Trosky Castle and the mining town of Kuttenberg. The game is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
