The Witcher IV Tech Demo Shown

CD Projekt RED showcased a tech demo for The Witcher IV during this week’s Unreal Fest Orlando event. The tech demo, running on Unreal Engine 5 on a standard PlayStation 5, included a mixture of event scenes and gameplay elements. The developer did state to Eurogamer that the tech demo is not intended to be representative of the final product.

The Witcher IV will see Ciri take on the protagonist role in what is billed as the start of a new saga. It will follow Ciri as she embarks on her own journey to become a professional monster slayer. Neither platforms nor a release window have been announced at this time.
