Digimon Story Time Stranger Arriving in October

Bandai Namco announced that Digimon Story Time Stranger will launch on October 3, 2025. The game, developed by Media.Vision, will release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will be available in a standard edition, a Deluxe Edition that includes a Season Pass and a Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth costume set, and an Ultimate Edition that includes the Deluxe Edition contents plus additional costumes and other bonuses. The announcement comes with a new two-minute trailer introducing its story and showing a variety of brief gameplay clips.

Digimon Story Time Stranger begins in a version of Tokyo, where the protagonist is an agent of ADAMAS, which investigates various phenomena. Entering a sealed-off Shinjuku, they encounter a Digimon before being caught up in an explosion. They find themselves awakening eight years in the past and must prevent the world’s upcoming collapse.
