Chrono Odyssey Shows Gameplay Ahead of Closed Beta

Ahead of the game’s Steam closed beta starting on June 20, 2025, Chrono Studio and Kakao Games released a gameplay walkthrough video for MMORPG Chrono Odyssey. The eighteen-minute video covers numerous aspects of the game, including its action combat, its fractured setting that includes medieval landscapes and post-apocalyptic ruins, and how its time-manipulation mechanics impact exploration and combat.

Chrono Odyssey is set in an open world featuring numerous biomes including grasslands, snow scapes, swamps, and more. The game features action combat combined with time-manipulation elements. Players have access to an artifact called the Chronotector, which allows them to stop time around monsters or rewind a character’s time, as well as letting them explore past generations of the game’s world. The game is in development for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
