Dragon Is Dead Fully Releasing in June

PM Studios and TeamSuneat announced that Dragon Is Dead will exit Early Access and fully release for PC via Steam on June 6, 2025. The hack-and-slash action roguelite released in Early Access in June 2024. The 1.0 version launch will add the game’s final region and boss, as well as new enemies, new Legendary and Mythic-tier gear, a new playable character, a new item upgrade system, and sixteen levels of Nightmare difficulty endgame challenges.

Dragon Is Dead is a 2D sidescrolling action title set in a fantasy world. The world’s dragons have challenged the gods, and all have fallen, except for Guernian. Leader of the dark dragon, Guernian has fully embraced evil and is corrupting the world through a rift. Players are tasked with slaying Guernian and defeating his creations using skills, equipment, and runes to create their own character builds.
