Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion Trailer Introduces Combat Basics

Marvelous released a new trailer for upcoming mech action title Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion. The two-minute video gives a quick introduction to the game’s combat, where players pilot a customised mech known as an Arsenal in fast-paced combat. Players can equip six different weapons, switching between them at will to take advantage of enemy weaknesses. Players can also use knockdown and grab attacks to deal further damage, as well as potentially tearing off enemy parts to expose weak points.

Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion is a sequel to 2019 title Daemon X Machina. It features a dark sci-fi story and an explorable open world, with players able to team up with up to two others to take on their foes. Like its predecessor, the game features mech designs from Shoji Kawamori (Macross, The Vision of Escaflowne, Aquarion, Eureka Seven, and more). Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion will release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 on September 5, 2025.
