Dokapon! Sword of Fury Gets Western Switch Release

Sting has released board game/RPG hybrid Dokapon! Sword of Fury on Nintendo Switch in North America and Europe. The Switch version — originally released in Japan last year — follows the game’s international PC release in January. It is available on the console for $24.99 with a 20% launch discount.

Dokapon! Sword of Fury is a remake of Dokapon! Ikari no Tetsuken, the third game in the series, which released for PlayStation in Japan in 1998. Like other titles in the series, it sees players taking on the role of competing adventurers aiming to earn the most money. Players earn money by saving towns from monsters in turn-based battles, entering tournaments, betraying their fellow adventurers, and more.
