Dante’s Ring Becomes Into the Fire

Developer Starward Industries announced that its upcoming action RPG Dante’s Ring has been renamed Into the Fire. The company also revealed it will be partnering with Evolve PR for the release of the game, which will release on Steam Early Access this year. More details for Into the Fire will be revealed during the upcoming Triple-i showcase set for April 10, 2025.

Into the Fire takes place in the fictional Dante’s archipelago. It follows an explorer tasked with investigating a seemingly extinct volcanic range and uncovering the mysteries hidden beneath the archipelago, which is renowned for being the most seismically and volcanically active zone in the world.

Players save lives in disaster-stricken areas, facing hazards such as fires, molten lava, and powerful earthquakes. They can use inventions and life-saving weapons that include a fire extinguishing pistol, fire extinguishing shotgun, fire bomb launcher, and more. Players make moral choices that impact the relationships between different factions all vying for their own survival. They can also alter the course of the story by completing various quests and missions.
