Vagrus: The Riven Realms Looks at the Heart of Ruin in New DLC

Developer Lost Pilgrims Studio announced a new DLC expansion for Vagrus: The Riven Realms. At the Heart of Ruin will be available individually or as part of the game’s Season Pass and is planned to release in the first half of 2025. Store pages for the DLC are live on Steam, GOG.com, and the Epic Games Store.

At the Heart of Ruin takes players to a new multi-layered region isolated from the rest of the land’s realms and rife with conflict. Players will be challenged by new foes and the hostile mountainous landscape, but will be able to uncover potential riches and the region’s buried history. In addition to the new foes and region, the expansion will include new storylines and NPCs, additional minor factions, mountain expedition elements, and more.

Vagrus puts players in the role of a caravan leader as it travels across a land devastated by an arcane cataclysm. The game includes branching storylines as well as resource and crew management elements. It released for PC, Mac, and Linux in 2021.
