Snowman Story Coming to Switch Next Month

Developer Odencat announced that it will be releasing a Nintendo Switch version of Snowman Story. The Nintendo Switch version of the narrative adventure title will launch on December 12, 2024, priced at $4.99. It will be available to pre-order from November 28, 2024.

Snowman Story originally released for iOS and Android in 2019, with PC, Mac, and Linux versions released via Steam in 2023. The game follows a snowman called Chris on his journey to the far north, where he hopes to find a fabled paradise where his kind aren’t doomed to melt each spring. During the journey, he encounters various woodland critters, puzzle stages, and the stories of previous snowmen who have attempted the same journey. The Switch version includes the improvements made to its Steam release including controller support, a landscape mode, additional voice effects, and an improved English translation.
