Union of Gnomes Coming to Steam Early Access

Developer Hoolignomes and publisher HeroCraft PC announced the Early Access release date for deckbuilding roguelike Union of Gnomes. The title will come to Steam Early Access on July 18, 2024. It is expected to spend around six months in Early Access.

Union of Gnomes takes place in a fairy-tale world where folkloric characters such as Red Riding Hood and Snow White oppress the gnomes, with the story billed as a “social commentary on human rights and inequality”. Players are tasked with leading the gnomes’ revolution to abolish the reign of Snow White in turn-based battles. In addition to the story campaign, the game features a challenging roguelike mode. Players can build their deck through a selection of 97 cards and customize one of two gnome heroes they choose at the start of the game.
