SunnySide PC Release Pushed to June

The PC release for Merge Games and RainyGames’ farming sim SunnySide has been pushed back to June 14, 2024. The PC version, which will be available through Steam and the Epic Games Store, was previously planned to release this week, with the delay stated to be to allow the game to “grow to its fullest potential”. Its PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S releases are still planned to follow on July 10, 2024.

SunnySide blends farming sim, social sim, combat, and exploration elements. Players start with a plot of land in an aging Japanese countryside town. They develop their homestead, utilising new technologies to help grow crops and care for livestock, while becoming involved in the community and developing relationships with others. A demo, which lets players play through the first ten in-game days, is currently available on Steam.
