Lords of the Fallen Reboot Clash of Champions Update Released

Developer and publisher CI Games released a new free update for its action RPG Lords of the Fallen. The Clash of Champions adds two Boss Rush modes and comes with further performance improvements. The developer also announced that the game is now available on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

The two different Boss Rush modes featured in Clash of Champions are “Echoes of Battle” and “Crucible”. In Echoes of Battle, players rematch one of the previously vanquished bosses, while Crucible allows them to fight six of these formidable enemies one after another. Both modes can be played solo or with other players in online co-op multiplayer.

Lords of the Fallen Reboot is set a thousand years after the events of the original 2014 game and released for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in October 2023. The game sees players becoming the bearer of an ancient lamp and joining the Dark Crusaders. They must use the lamp to restore radiance to the land’s five beacons to put a stop to the demon God Adyr’s uprising.
