Dave the Diver Gets Content Update

Mintrocket has released a free content update for its hit mixture of adventure RPG, sea exploration, and sushi restaurant management sim Dave the Diver. The update adds new story quests, events, and fish species along with various performance upgrades and quality of life improvements. The update is available now on PC and all content will be included in the Nintendo Switch version when it launches on October 26, 2023. A video detailing the update can be viewed below.

Dave the Diver sees players take the role of Dave as he is recruited by a friend to help with a brand new sushi restaurant. Dave is tasked with exploring vast, ever-changing ocean depths during the day to hunt fish and acquire items, then assisting with managing the restaurant at night. The game originally released on PC via Steam earlier this year. A free demo is available for console players to try on the Nintendo eShop.
