The Legend of Zelda: Oracles of Ages, Oracle of Seasons Added to Nintendo Switch Online

Nintendo has added Game Boy Color titles The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons to its Nintendo Switch Online subscription service. The game are available to all currently subscribing members of the base Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons originally released in 2001. The games are both top-down adventure titles and tell two different chapters with a shared story and ending accessible by inputting a code given at the end of one game into the other. Oracle of AgesĀ is more puzzle-focused and sees Link transported to a forest in the land of Labrynna, where he can use the Harp of Ages to manipulate time and travel between past and present. Oracle of Seasons is more action-focused and sees Link transported to the land of Holodrum and its subterranean counterpart of Subrosia. Here he is able to use the Rod of Seasons to change the season of his surroundings; for example, changing it to winter and being able walking across frozen surfaces.
