Goblin Slayer Another Adventurer: Nightmare Feast Planned to Release in Winter
Publisher Bushiroad Games provided its first trailer and details for the upcoming Goblin Slayer Another Adventurer: Nightmare Feast. The game is a strategy RPG based on the Goblin Slayer light novel and is planned to release for PC and Nintendo Switch this winter with English and Japanese language support. It is being developed by Apollosoft and Mebius.
Goblin Slayer Another Adventurer: Nightmare Feast will feature an original story and characters in the main series setting. Light novel series author Kumo Kagyu is working on the game’s concept, with character designs being handled by light novel series illustrator Noboru Kannatsuki. The series features a dark fantasy setting inspired by tabletop role-playing games, focusing on a party of adventurers whose leader is out on a quest for revenge against the goblins. The game will feature a tactical combat system with positioning and unit strengths and weaknesses playing important roles.
The main character is known as Guild Master and is an aristocratic girl who has been appointed to head a frontier guild branch. She is joined by other new characters Blood Princess, a vampire who wakes after after a long sleep; Squire, Guild Master’s childhood friend and an active adventurer; Polar Bear Priest, a race circuit rider; Conan, a supposedly novice spear-wielding adventurer; and Lady of Principality, a noble childhood friend of Guild Master who is trained in magic. In addition, the main series characters Goblin Slayer, Priestess, High Elf Archer, Dwarf Shaman, and Lizard Priest are touted to appear.
