I Was a Teenage Exocolonist Switch Version Announced

Publisher Finji has announced a Nintendo Switch release for Northway Games’ I Was a Teenage Exocolonist. The narrative life sim RPG will launch on Nintendo Switch on August 25, 2022, the same date as its previously announced PC, Mac, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 versions. The publisher also revealed a demo will be available on Steam this weekend as part of PAX Rising Online.

I Was a Teenage Exocolonist puts players in the role of a youngster living out their teenage years on an alien planet. It takes place over ten in-game years, with player decisions affecting the course of their life and the fate of the colony as a whole. The game features a card-based combat system that is loosely based on the rules of poker, with players able to use card effects to adjust their hand. It includes thirty endings, with twenty-five available jobs and ten dateable characters.
