Haunted Chocolatier’s Combat Detailed in New Dev Blog

Developer ConcernedApe has posted a new blog detailing Haunted Chocolatier. The post explains how it will have a heavier focus on combat and will feel different from Stardew Valley. The game will also feature a shield/stun mechanic to mix things up and will feature some unannounced items to cater to different playstyles. The company also mentioned that development is underway and to keep an eye out for future blog posts regarding the game’s ongoing development.

Haunted Chocolatier was just revealed last week and details are being kept under wraps. A release window and platform have not yet been announced.
