Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Kickstarter Campaign to Start in February

Owlcat Games announced that it will begin a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for its isometric cRPG Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous on February 4, 2020. The campaign follows a successful 2017 campaign and subsequent 2018 release for the previous title Pathfinder: Kingmaker.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is not a direct sequel, but will expand on the core elements of its predecessor. Features include a new mythic progression system, as well as a revised kingdom management system as players aim to reclaim the fortified city of Drezen before converting it to a headquarters for their crusade campaigns.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous and Pathfinder: Kingmaker are both based on the pen-and-paper RPG from Paizo Publishing. Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is being developed for PC, but no release window has been announced. Kingmaker’s Creative Director Alexander Mishulin and Lead Writer Alexander Komzolov will return in the same roles for Wrath of the Righteous, and Chris Avellone will also support the narrative team as he did for Kingmaker.
