Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (April 11, 2019)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital store round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.

New Releases

Spike Chunsoft’s dungeon-crawler Zanki Zero highlights this week’s releases. Meanwhile, tactical RPG Slime Tactics is a new title for Nintendo Switch, while dungeon-crawler Metaverse Keeper releases on PC and another dungeon-crawler, Vaporum, makes its console debut.

Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store has just the pair of RPGs on sale in Devious Dungeon and The Count Lucanor. Europe continues its Spring Sale, which includes deals on Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Assassin’s Creed Origins, Bloodborne, Darksiders III, Diablo III, Enter the Gungeon, Fallout 4, Horizon Zero Dawn, Pillars of Eternity, South Park: The Fractured but Whole, The Elder Scrolls Online, and The Witcher 3. PS3, Vita, and PSP sales include Dark Souls II, Ni no Kuni, Persona 5, and Tales of Xillia.

The latest Xbox Store sales include Moonfall Ultimate, Revenant Dogma, The Council, Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles, and Faery: Legends of Avalon.

The current American Nintendo eShop deals include Braveland, Fall of Light, Letter Quest, Moonlighter, Oceanhorn, Portal Knights, Super Daryl Deluxe, The Count Lucanor, and Unexplored. European Switch sales include Braveland, Fall of Light, Letter Quest, Moonlighter, Oceanhorn, Portal Knights, The Count Lucanor, and Unexplored, with potentially more TBA.

Steam‘s current sales include the Witcher series, Moonlighter, Tower of Time, Unexplored, Robothorium, Anima: Gate of Memories, The Metronomicon, Expeditions: Viking, and Tangledeep. GOG.com has a big Japan-themed sale that features Trails of Cold Steel, Trails in the Sky, Tokyo Xanadu, Ys, Mary Skelter, Zwei, Xanadu Next, Neptunia, Little King’s Story, Gurumin, Agarest, and The Caligula Effect. There are also a few other RPGs on sale in Shadowrun Returns, Cosmic Star Heroine, Tangledeep, Knights of Pen & Paper, and Celestian Tales: Old North. Meanwhile, The Humble Store sales include Two Worlds II, Arelite Core, Moonlighter, and Tangledeep.
