Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (January 17, 2019)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital store round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.

 

New Releases

The year is well underway with plenty of new releases this week. My Time at Portia releases for PC while YIIK: A Postmodern RPG hits PC, PS4, and Switch and Feudal Alloy comes to PC, Mac, Linux, and Switch. Onimusha: Warlords is remastered on PC and consoles, while Fairy Fencer F, Smoke and Sacrifice, and Asdivine Hearts II all come to new platforms.

 

Sales and Discounts

Things are quieter on the North American PlayStation Store as its newest weekly sales include Deiland and Warhammer 40k: Deathwatch.

Meanwhile, the European store’s January sale continues until Friday. The many RPGs on sale include Bloodborne, Blue Reflection, Call of Cthulhu, Dark Souls, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, Divinity: Original Sin II, Dragon Quest XI, Earthlock, Fairy Fencer F, Fallen Legion, Fallout 4, Final Fantasy, God Eater 2, .hack//G.U., Hand of Fate 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Kingdom Hearts, Neptunia, Ni no Kuni II, Persona 5, Shenmue, South Park, Tales, Tokyo Xanadu, Trails of Cold Steel, Valkyria Chronicles, Victor Vran, Yakuza 6, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Ys VIII, and various others.

The Xbox Store’s weekly sales include Borderlands and RAW – Realms of Ancient War.

The new American Nintendo eShop deals include a new deal on Smoke and Sacrifice. Europe has discounts for Letter Quest, Smoke and Sacrifice, Unexplored, Asdivine Hearts, and Revenant Saga.

The current Steam sales include Deux Ex, Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity, The Age of Decadence, and Ash of Gods: Redemption. GOG.com‘s newest deals include Epic Tavern, Kingsway, CrossCode, Death’s Gambit and Blackguards. Meanwhile, The Humble Store has big sales carrying on its Idea Factory and NIS America sales from last week while adding many others including Dragon Quest XI, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Final Fantasy, Darkest Dungeon, CrossCode, Pillars of Eternity, Ni no Kuni II, Tales, Trails of Cold Steel, Trails in the Sky, God Eater, Ys, and many others.
