Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (October 25, 2018)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital store round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.


New Releases

It’s a busy week for PC releases with an assortment of new titles and ports. Immortal Darkness, Sacred Earth, and Thronebreaker all make global debuts, while Megadimension Neptunia VIIR and Disgaea 5 Complete head over from console. Finally, Resonance of Fate arrives on PS4 in Europe after a delay from last week.


Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store being its Halloween-theme Sale of the Dead, including Bloodborne, Bound by Flame, Death’s Gambit, Mordheim, Nights of Azure, Of Orcs and Men, Sunless Sea, The Technomancer, and The Witcher 3. Other sales include Akiba’s Beat, Warhammer 40K: Deathwatch, and World of Final Fantasy.

Europe continues its Halloween sale that includes Bloodborne, Darksiders, the Souls trilogy, Fallout 4, God Eater 2, Little Witch Academia, Nights of Azure 2, Torment: Tides of Numenera, and XCOM 2. Meanwhile, the current batch of Games Under €20/£16 features Demon Gaze II, God Wars, Grand Kingdom, Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir, Sunless Sea, The Witch and the Hundred Knight, the Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth bundle, Victor Vran, and Ys VIII. Finally, the Games Under €10/£9 list includes Cat Quest, Cladun Returns, Fall of Light, Gauntlet, Hand of Fate, and Natural Doctrine.

The Xbox Store’s sales this week include Anima: Gate of Memories, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Final Fantasy XV, Romancing SaGa 2, Titan Quest, and Darksiders.

The Nintendo eShop in America has deals for Adventure Labyrinth Story, Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion, Alchemic Dungeons, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Fairune 2, and Legna Tactica. European sales are TBC.

Steam‘s current sales include Death’s Gambit, Battle Chasers: Nightwar, Deus Ex, World of Final Fantasy, and Dungeon Siege. Lords of Xulima is the only discount on Meanwhile, The Humble Store has discounts on Victor Vran, Dungeon Rushers, World of Final Fantasy, and For the King.
