Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (October 18, 2018)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital store round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.


New Releases

The main new title of this week is boss-battler Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption which hits PC via Discord’s new store as well as the latest consoles. Meanwhile, new remasters and ports see Resonance of Fate hitting PS4 and PC and Dark Souls, Exorder, and Valkyria Chronicles adding further to the Switch RPG library.


Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store’s features a sale on Fallout 4 and all its DLC along with the DLC for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. Meanwhile, the other titles on sale include Akiba’s Beat, Final Fantasy XV, Romancing SaGa 2, Warhammer 40K: Deathwatch, and World of Final Fantasy.

Europe receives a new Halloween sale that includes Bloodborne, Darksiders, the Souls trilogy, Fallout 4, God Eater 2, Little Witch Academia, Nights of Azure 2, Torment: Tides of Numenera, and XCOM 2. Meanwhile, the new batch of Games Under €20/£16 features Demon Gaze II, God Wars, Grand Kingdom, Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir, Sunless Sea, The Witch and the Hundred Knight, the Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth bundle, Victor Vran, and Ys VIII. Finally, the new Games Under €10/£9 list includes Cat Quest, Cladun Returns, Fall of Light, Gauntlet, Hand of Fate, and Natural Doctrine.

The Xbox Store’s sales this week include Defender’s Quest, Destiny 2, Divinity: Original Sin, Fallout 4, Masters of Anima, Mordheim, Shiness, The Council, The Surge, The Technomancer, Vampyr, a Dragon Age: Inquisition plus Mass Effect: Andromeda bundle, Bound by Flame, Faery: Legends of Avalon, and Mars: War Logs.

The Nintendo eShop in America has deals for Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion, AeternoBlade, Excave II, Excave III, Legna Tactica, Okami HD, The Count Lucanor, and Unepic. European sales are TBC.

Steam‘s current sales include World of Final Fantasy, The Surge, Lords of the Fallen, the Fallout series, Transistor, and Child of Light. has discounts on Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition, Knights of the Old Republic, and Celestian Tales: Old North. Meanwhile, The Humble Store has discounts on Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Zestiria, Tales of Berseria, Torchlight, Dark Souls II, God Eater 2, the Sword Art Online series, .hack//G.U., Ni no Kuni II, the Fallout series, and Little Witch Academia.
