Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (May 24, 2018)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.

 

New Releases

  • Dark Souls Remastered (PC, PS4, One)
  • Dungeon Rushers (PS4, One, Switch)
  • Monster Slayers (PS4, One)
  • Stardew Valley (PS4)

Fortunately, it’s a bit a quieter this week, though there are still some big new releases. Dark Souls Remastered arrives on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, while Stardew Valley hits Vita and Dungeon Rushers and Monster Slayers make their console debuts. The first act of Divinity: Original Sin II is now also available on Xbox Game Preview.

 

Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store introduces an Extended Play sale, featuring discounts on titles including Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Diablo III, Disgaea, Mass Effect, Operation Abyss, and The Witcher 3. Europe’s PlayStation deal of the week features Skyrim Special Edition and Skyrim VR, which is joined by sales of up to 60% on various PlayStation 4 games including Mass Effect: Andromeda, ELEX, The Surge, and Diablo III.

The Xbox Store‘s sales this week include deals on Bastion and Fallout 4.

The Nintendo eShop in America has deals for Ambition of the Slimes, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Excave II and III, Nine Parchments, One More Dungeon, Plague Road, and The Count Lucanor. Europe currently has sales for Switch titles Earthlock, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Antiquia Lost, and The Count Lucanor (any 3DS sales are TBC).

The current Steam sales include discounts on Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Pillars of Eternity, South Park, Darksiders, Titan Quest, Crypt of the NecroDancer, and Lords of the Fallen. Meanwhile, The Humble Store continues with its huge spring sale that has over five-hundred RPG entries listed. Highlights include The Surge, Lords of the Fallen, Tales (Symphonia, Zestiria, Berseria), Millennium, Neptunia, The Witcher, The Legend of Heroes, Tokyo Xanadu eX+, Ys, and many, many more.
