Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos Gets First Screenshots, Details

Natsume released the first screenshots and details for its latest entry in the Harvest Moon farming sim series. Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos is planned to release later this year, though platforms have not yet been announced.

Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos will feature five towns, each with the own seasons, terrain, and characters. The game will include ten romanceable characters, five bachelors and five bachelorettes, with players able to marry eligible characters of either gender. The Expando-Farm feature from Harvest Moon: One World will also return, letting players easily move their farm around the world as needed.

The game’s setting of Anthos is home to Harvest Sprites, which protect people and nature, as well as the Harvest Goddess. However, ten years prior to the game, an eruption in its volcanic region saw the Sprites and Goddess needing to use all of their power to protect the people and left the villages cut off from each other.
